Trueno Safety is the first safety footwear company in Spain using the latest technology in footwear injection molding machines based on DIRECT DUAL DENSITY INJECTED RUBBER (DDR). Currently this technology is the best technical solution to manufacture special high-performance soles for fire-fighters, military use, forest workand smelting, due to their excellent protection and resistance against heat, fire, chemicals and the weather risk, together with the link between the leather and the sole.

Calzados Trueno goes beyond security, customizing the shoes for any kind of risk. The R + D + I department recommends distinctive colors for different soles and each field of work. It helps to check easily and from a distance if a worker is protected adequately only identifying the sole color. It has classified the areas in 5 major groups.

We have an internal department of Industrial Design from where they leave all the innovations and new developments equipped with the latest technologies for 3D footwear design, performing automatic scaling sizes and 2D pattern.

Implementation of CAD-CAM computerized systems for cutting process let us to cut pieces using laser technology.This makes possible to customize the design of the models according to customer´s needs creating samples and prototypes in record time.

High definition and design. High technology Nanoflash Technology® can create models with great accuracy and minimum strip. It increases implementation and creation chances including designs in any kind and any color.

NanoFlash Technology® let us to manufacture polyurethane elements in thin layers and very high definition. This technology reinforces textiles with polyurethane pieces to get more resistant fabrics to get seamless uppers.

Seamless, without breaks and longer. Seamless means no more tears. The new production process provided by this technology eliminates seam shoes and increases their life cycle. After remove the weakest areas of the product, durability increases.

NanoFlash Technology® makes possible to obtain polyurethane protective reinforcements to increase upper or piece resistance that support more friction and wear. Direct injection over the basic fabric increases tensile strength, tear and friction resistance of the own material.

Lightness, breathability and flexibility. Applying a polyurethane smaller caliber on any material, it allows for lighter materials. The upper, with less caliber than common materials, provides greater flexibility and, therefore, better ergonomics and adaptation to the body. NanoFlash Technology® can be used on any material, including high breathability, and increase the overall breathability of the material, adding comfort to the final product.

Savings in production costs. NanoFlash Technology® lets significant savings in production costs. Direct injection, glued sole direct cutting, eliminating seams, direct printing and high precision, among other processes, eliminate high labor cost in both the upper and shoe.

NanoFlash Technology® allows application of polyurethane to the upper directly and facilitates the vulcanization or injection process, eliminating intermediate processes, and ensuring adhesion much higher than current conventional processes. The application of NanoFlash Technology® in the production of uppers and shoes seamless components is the key because it allows manufacturing new products that can not be obtained with traditional production processes.
